Level3AI has been named to Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch 2026 list, in the Enterprise Technology category.
What is Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch?
Now in its sixth year, the list spotlights small companies and startups across the Asia-Pacific region gaining traction through innovation, growth, and the ability to attract investment. This year's edition features 100 companies from 16 countries and territories, selected from a large pool of nominations reviewed by Forbes Asia's editorial team. Close to a quarter of this year's honorees are enterprise technology firms building AI-related products, a signal of how deeply AI is being embedded into day to day business operations across the region.
Why Level3AI was recognised
Forbes recognized Level3AI for the work behind Emily, an AI agent built to handle customer inquiries across voice, chat, and email. Emily does not stop at answering simple FAQs. She takes action and resolves complex inquiries end to end, adhering to each enterprise's own SOPs and playbooks rather than a generic script.
Traction behind the recognition
Since founding in 2024, Level3AI has processed more than 20 million customer interactions for companies including online marketplace Carousell and used car platform Carsome. The company raised $13 million in seed funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners, 500 Global, Sovereign's Capital, and Goodwater Capital.
Looking ahead
Level3AI's inclusion places it alongside a group of companies working across enterprise technology, robotics, biotechnology, and green tech, all recognized for turning early traction into durable growth. Singapore is the second most represented market on this year's list, with 15 companies selected.
Congratulations to every company named to this year's list. Level3AI looks forward to continuing to grow and build enterprise-grade AI agents for customer experience in APAC.
